Soft Pilates Weights are designed to increase the challenge of Pilates exercises and help to tone muscles, increase balance, and develop endurance. When held in the hand, they also increase functional grip strength, and encourage a more fluid range of motion compared to other weights.

They are easy and comfortable to hold and safer than other types of weight if they are dropped, due to their soft, flexible nature. Each weighted ball weighs 1kg, making them versatile for a variety of users, in many Pilates exercises, to build conditioning and strength.

Care Instructions: May become firm if not used regularly. This is not indicative of a defect in the product, but rather a natural occurrence. You can maintain the softness by using a needle valve (commonly used in football/bicycle pumps), simply insert the needle valve into the ball’s valve, allowing the ball to naturally reinflate.
