How to return an item?

Thank-you for shopping with Bateman’s Sports Ltd.
NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
If for whatever reason you wish to return or exchange any item, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Any exchanges or refunds outside of this period will be at the discretion of Bateman’s Sports Ltd. For school uniform items, we understand there may be growth over the summer period, and we are happy to exchange school uniform items outside of the normal exchange period. For a refund during this period, you will have 14 days of receipt. All items returned to us must meet the below criteria.
How to return items:
- Goods must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect condition
(unworn, unused and undamaged) with all labels attached.
2. Complete the returns form found with your order received and enclose with goods; detailing
items being returned for a refund or that you would like to exchange.
3. Refund payments for online orders will be made against the original purchase,
through our SagePay system within 14 days of receipt.
4. Return shipping charges are the Customer’s liability. For your protection
Bateman’s Sports Ltd recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as
we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Product exclusions – your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are deemed faulty:
I. Goods which have been customised e.g. shirt printing of initials, names and
numbers.
II. Socks and tights removed from their original packaging or worn.
III. Undergarments and mouthguards.
IV. Swimwear with the hygiene sticker removed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
