The Pilates Exer-Soft Ball also known as a Pilates mini ball are used for a variety of Pilates mat work exercises to support the lower back, knees, hips, or other parts of the body. It helps provide an unstable surface to help activate the core and other muscles, or are used to target specific muscles in balance and resistance exercises, for example, to target the inner thighs by squeezing between the knees.

The Pilates Ball is made from PVC, which is durable and burst resistant and provides a tactile surface for excellent grip. The 7" size is hugely popular and versatile for many exercises, used by many instructors, and the size and resistance level can be adjusted by inflating/deflating the ball using the accompanying straw.
